Q3. Looking for furnished apartment ?

A3.

Generally speaking, apartments in Tokyo are not furnished.
Although there are some fully Serviced Apartments, they are expensive considering the size.
If you need a decent size for your apartment, we recommned that you purchase or rent furniture.
We can introduce furniture shops for both purchasing and renting if so needed.

Q4. I want to keep pets at my apartment.

A4.

There are PET ALLOWED apartments but not as many as NOT ALLOWED ones.
Owner may ask you for an extra deposit. (Adding 1 month more)
Size and numbers of pets are often restricted.
When you move out of your apartment, an extra cleaning cost may be charged because of pets.

Q5. Can you negotiate on monthly rent ?

A5.

We will try as much as we can. It really depends on the owners.
If there are many inquiries upon the property, it would be difficult since the property becomes competitive.
It is necessary to submit an application form to start any negotiation.

Q6. I don't want to pay Key money.

A6.

Most of properties in Tokyo require Key money (usually 1 or 2 months).
We, of course, try to negotiate on Key money.
However, newly built properties and those in a popular area tend not to be negotiable on Key money as well as rent.
