Safety and Security of our Residents is our top concern. Our Security Guards patrol the residences to ensure our Residents safety and security and respond appropriately when needed.
Residents will also find a Disaster Prevention Center on the 1st floor of the facility. From here, our Security Guards regularly monitor areas such as the underground parking lot, bicycle parking area, entrances with on-property ITV cameras and foot-patrols.

In case of emergency, Residents will find an emergency button in the bathroom or restroom of their unit. Simply press it for immediate assistance.

Early warnings of earthquakes (level 4 or above on the Japanese seismic scale) from the Japan Meteorological Agency will trigger a warning announcement in your unit and common areas prior to a large-scale tremor.

In case of earthquake or fire, the elevators will stop at the nearest floor. The doors will open automatically ensuring no risk for Residents.
